- Simpleban is a minimalist kanban board web app for organizing tasks into columns and cards. It is built to feel instant and stay out of your way — closer to a fast notes app than a heavy project tool.
- Is Simpleban really free?
- Yes — free forever for two people, with every feature and no credit card. You get unlimited boards and cards, and you can share all of your boards with one teammate. That's the whole Free plan.
- What does “free for 2 users” mean?
- It means you, plus one other person you invite. The teammate you add can see and work on all of your boards. Larger plans (Plus up to 100 people, Pro up to 500) are coming soon, with flat pricing and never a per-seat charge.
- Does Simpleban work offline?
- Yes. Simpleban is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it to your home screen or dock, and it keeps working and showing your boards even without a connection.
- How is Simpleban different from Trello or Jira?
- Simpleban deliberately does less. There are no labels, due dates, assignees beyond membership, or reporting — just drag-and-drop columns and cards with notes and comments. The result is a board that is faster and calmer to use day to day.
- Can I use Simpleban with my team?
- Yes. Invite teammates with a link, and everyone sees card moves, edits, and comments update live with presence indicators.
